Working Student Buccaneer: Marketing & Operations

Buccaneer Delft is an innovation hub for the maritime, offshore, and energy industries. Our campus brings together startups, corporates, investors and researchers who are working on solutions for tomorrow’s challenges.
As a Working Student Innovation Hub, you will support our team in strengthening the community, creating engaging content, and researching opportunities that help our innovation ecosystem grow.
What you will do
You will support the Buccaneer team across a variety of projects, including:
- Creating content for various channels
- Spotting and researching innovative startups and industry developments
- Supporting community activities
- Conducting research projects that help improve both our innovation hub and meeting venue
Depending on your interests and strengths, there is plenty of room to shape your role and take ownership of projects.

Who you are
- HBO or WO student
- Curious about innovation, entrepreneurship, sustainability, and technology
- Proactive and eager to take initiative
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- Strong communicator with good writing skills
- Comfortable conducting online research and working with digital tools
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Available to work one day a week from our hub in Delft
