You can easily and quickly book our meeting rooms, event spaces, and flex rooms online.
We offer several types of spaces, each suited to different purposes:
- Meeting rooms (max 18 p.)
Located above restaurant Kruydt. Formal rooms equipped with all necessary facilities, ideal for meetings with external clients. - Event spaces (max 60 p.)
James Joule and Alfred Nobel. Flexible layouts for networking events, product launches, and workshops. - Flex rooms (max 8 p.)
Located on the ground floor of Building A. Informal spaces available per half day or full day, ideal for 1-on-1s, internal project updates, or focused work. Fully furnished with tables and chairs — just bring your laptop and ideas.
How it works
- Log in via the top-right corner of the booking form below
- Select your preferred option, number of guests, date, and time
- Choose an available room
- Confirm your reservation — you’ll receive a digital confirmation
Important: if multiple colleagues use the same account to reserve rooms, don’t forget to enter the name of the person booking or a reference in the final field of each booking.

Yes. Log in to access Buccaneer tenant rates. Without an account, full rates apply.
Availability is shown directly on the booking form when making a reservation.
Yes, free of charge up to 2 days in advance via events@buccaneerdelft.com.
Bookings are invoiced in the same way as other Buccaneer services. You’ll receive a (combined) invoice after use. Please note: this account is used exclusively for booking our meeting rooms and has a unique debtor number, separate from your office invoicing.
To keep pricing simple and administrative costs low.
Yes. Please add the booker’s name or a reference in each booking for internal administration.
This is possible in consultation with the Buccaneer team.
