We’ve just had a very interesting ‘Meet the Expert’ lunch. This is a lunch with interactive conversations and discussions between our Buccaneers and an external expert. The expert in this case was from Hugo Loudon – RH Marine. He gave the companies established here specific tips for their challenges, and some general tips which we’d like to share.
1. Pricing. Know which phase your company is in and try to get a feel what your ideal price is in that phase.
2. Best marketing comes from users of your product/service. When seeking new customers bring established ones to vouch for you. Get customers from different sectors to avoid competition issues.
3. Pitch on congresses with potential new clients. Especially as starting companies which congresses would love to have.
